Par cons\u00e9quent, selon la nature du gaz utilis\u00e9, chaque m\u00e9lange aura des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>QUELLES SONT LES CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES D&#8217;UN M\u00c9LANGE DE GAZ ?<br \/>\nChaque gaz poss\u00e8de des caract\u00e9ristiques diff\u00e9rentes qui sont exploit\u00e9es en combinaison avec d&#8217;autres gaz :<br \/>\nArgon : favorise une bonne stabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;arc.<br \/>\nDioxyde de carbone : am\u00e9liore la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et augmente la vitesse de <strong>soudage<\/strong>.<br \/>\nH\u00e9lium : compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;argon, il permet des vitesses de<strong> soudage<\/strong> plus rapides.<br \/>\nHydrog\u00e8ne : son ajout au m\u00e9lange augmente l&#8217;apport de chaleur, am\u00e9liore la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et augmente la vitesse de <strong>soudage<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAzote : le plus recommand\u00e9 comme gaz de purge.<br \/>\nOxyg\u00e8ne : am\u00e9liore la stabilit\u00e9 et la fluidit\u00e9 du bain de <strong>soudure<\/strong>.<br \/>\nNOTE : Il faut garder \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit qu&#8217;en augmentant le pourcentage d&#8217;un gaz dans le m\u00e9lange, on r\u00e9duit d&#8217;autant la proportion des autres gaz.<\/p>\n<p>RECOMMANDATIONS<br \/>\nIl est vrai que l&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;un ou l&#8217;autre m\u00e9lange gazeux est ind\u00e9pendante du type de machine que j&#8217;utilise. Et que tous les <strong>\u00e9quipements de soudage<\/strong> peuvent fonctionner avec tous les m\u00e9langes de gaz.
